Critical Care Nursing is giving care for patients and families who are undergoing real or possible life-threatening illness in places such as intensive care units (ICU), emergency rooms, neurological and cardiac surgical ICUs. Nursing Informatics is a broad field that unites nursing knowledge with utilization of computers by nurse programmer, nurse communicator, informatics nurse manager or nurse vendor representative. Oncology Nursing is giving health care for patients experiencing pain from cancer at all stages of treatment and remission. Psychiatric Nursing is taking care of patients with mental and psychiatric illness. |
