To provide better services to the needs of patients, Pella Medical Clinic began last March 24 to offer a Nurse Call Center from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., from Monday to Friday. The Nurse Call Center at Pella Medical Clinic will be staffed by experienced registered nurses who will cooperate with the caller to find out the character of the problem, the seriousness of the changes in the structure or functioning of the patient indicating the presence of disease  and then direct the patient to the proper level of care decided by a set of criteria accepted as satisfactory by the physicians of Pella Medical Clinic.

The staff of the Nurse Call Center are Tina Bannister, a registered nurse who was trained at Indian Hills Community College an has more than 10 years of surgical and clinical nursing experience, Bernice Farnum, a registered nurse who was subjected to training at Freeport Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Illinois and has greater then 10 years of surgical nursing experience, and Robyn Pearson, a registered nurse who underwent training at Indian Hills Community College end has over 17 years of emergency nursing experience. They are highly trained nurses to provide medical assistance to need patients.
