As soon as the treaty is approved and accepted formally, Japan-Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement (JPEPA) will uncover job chances and being ready to accept an initial one thousand Filipino nurses and caregivers for the first two years to Japan is the responsibility of Japanese government.

Japan and Philippines are watching carefully in building language laboratories in order that Filipino nurses and caregivers to be brought in position to Japan must have the ability to speak Japanese language.

Most Japanese do not have the ability to speak English so it is hard for the Japanese to communicate with Filipino. One possible solution is to teach the Japanese language to Filipino nurses and caregivers. One more possible solution is to teach the English language to all Japanese. The former possible solution is easier to be carried out than the later possible solution.

It is easier for the Filipino nurses and caregivers to learn the Japanese than for all Japanese to learn the English language. In this way, we can easily break the language barrier.
